Jurnal Venus, Volume 14, Number 2, September 2026, presents seven scholarly articles addressing contemporary issues in maritime operations, shipping services, occupational safety, crew management, cargo handling, and maritime transportation. This issue discusses the integration of education and social acceptance in supporting green energy technology adoption, work-accident prevention during cargo-handling activities, the role of crewing management in preparing ship personnel, and the performance of shipping agencies in supporting vessel operations. Other contributions examine ferry services at Likupang Port, strategies for preventing cargo shortages during coal loading and unloading operations, and the handling and supervision of stowaways on board. Collectively, the articles provide practical and academic perspectives that contribute to safer maritime operations, improved service quality, effective crew and cargo management, and the continuing development of maritime transportation.
