Jurnal Venus, Volume 7, Number 13, March 2019, presents scholarly articles addressing maritime education, vessel management, sea transportation, ship manning, port environmental facilities, and marine engineering. The contributions examine the management of maritime training institutions, Indonesian state-vessel manning, fleet and vessel management, the development of sea transportation in Sulawesi to support the Sea Toll program, cadet perceptions of classroom teaching, port reception facilities under MARPOL regulations, and technical issues involving compressed-air systems aboard vessels.
